ENCLAVES RULE
Ever since I first found out about Rigoberto's, I couldn't stop going, thinking, and referring this place to everyone. It's about
the best Mexican food I've had–and I just came back from Mexico last month. Rigoberto's isn't even a food truck, it's a trailer
pulled by a Dodge Ram pick up. For such a small trailer, they serve so many exotic varieties: sesos (brains), buche (pork
stomach), tripa (tripe), etc. Buche is the only thing I eat, it's charred on the edge yet moist and slightly slimy, in the middle.
The meat just melts in the mouth, oh, and the slow-cooked refried beans perfectly accompanies the buche. Salivating, I love
Mexican enclaves.

LOOK MA, I'M A FASHION BLOGGER
Seeing fashion blogs turning into a personal marketing tool disgusts me. Unfortunately, I think this picture may have
officially entered my blog into the fashion realm, sarcasm. +plus points for my twin horsie+

SAVE ME
chanel sunglasses, thrifted collared button up, juma t-shirt, zara caridgen, gap jeans, fjällräven kanken backpack.
It's 2:12 AM, my eyes are wide awake from Vietnamese coffee, my friend is complaining about her heart burn, and my
stomach growls. It's impossible to sleep. Staying up past sleeping hours, my stomach demands for food. Thinking about
the buttery and flakey croissant from Seaside Bakery from this picture I took previously. Biting into it, the hot cheese
oozes out, the ham is thick and salty…the jalapeños serve as a spicy kick at the end note. Seaside is open 24 hours,
temptation arises!

QUIET EMPTINESS
the standard hotel overlooking downtown LA, Bottega Louie, DRUGS pharmacy in silverlake, Intelligentsia.
The smog, the bumper-to-bumper traffic, the hastiness, and drastic contrast between urban and wealth of Los Angeles
is why I love this city so much. In the midst of all the commotion, there's this sort of quiet emptiness about it. I need to
go back.
UNUSUAL UNWIND
Thrift cream collar button up, American Apparel sheer black top, thrift mustard brown cardigan, 99 cent store skirt.
How some others unwind from their days would typically have to do with the television, internet, or laying. For me, it's
cleaning my closet. Today, I dress up and walk around in my heels: Pierre Hardy x Gap spring 2010 and Alexander
Wang Resort 2010. Buying uncomfortable shoes intending only to keep them for the sake of keeping them, I suppose
the term "collection," seems more justified. Note, I have a lot of free time on my hand. Will someone hand me a job
already?
